We recommend mixing your new food into the old food gradually for at least 3 days. This is especially true for dogs with sensitive stomachs.

What if my pet refuses to eat the food I ordered?

All our foods are backed with a 100% money back manufacturer guarantee. Because there is not one food for every dog or cat, we carry more than one premium food brand. If you decide to return a product you will receive an email with a pickup day. Place the unused product on your front porch. Once the product is picked up a refund will be issued.

Is it true that premium pet foods save pet owners money?

Purchasing your food from a big box store is a bargain right? Not exactly - You receive a larger quantity of food for your money at big box store, but its quality, not quantity that you want. You have to feed more of the discount food to get the same amount of vital nutrients needed for your pet’s health. Your pet eats less of the premium food and avoids all the fillers, grains, and artificial colorings and preservatives that put a strain on your pet’s health. Low quality foods can lead to nutritional deficiencies and other health problems increasing visits to your vet. In the end quality food matters and saves money over the lifetime of your pet.

How long does an opened bag stay fresh?

An opened bag of dry food can last around 3 months. Keep air off of the food as much as possible by keeping the food in the original bag. If you keep your food in an air tight container if possible place the original bag in the container. If you can't fit the original bag in your container make sure your clean out the container between bags.
